Fire/MM PvP Build?

Hi i need a Fire/MM PvP build. Completely new to PvP any advice would be great!.
It doesnt matter if it expensive or cheap i just want to learn basics etc.

You want flares, fire blast, blaze, aim, blazing bolt from the primary and scare, drain psyche, concentration from the secondary at least.
build for hp cap and 41-45 kb protection and recharge.

Not knowing your budget here is a cheaper version i put together without purples and pvp ios.
