How do you turn on safe mode using the NCSoft launcher?

Do you have an NCsoft folder in the Start menu? I think the new Launcher puts a standard and a Safe Mode launch shortcut in there.

If you do not see it there, I found it under Properties for each version. So on Live rt-lick on City of heroes, select Properties, and at the bottom left of that window you'll see the 'Run in Safe Mode' check box.
