Reflective armor surfaces flicker

I've had this issue for a few months now (since GR pretty much) where reflective armor surfaces flicker. It's particularly obvious on the clockwork armor. And even car windows do it. I have a pair of NVIDIA GTX 295 cards in SLI mode and the latest NVidia Geforce drivers (266.58). Rolling back my drivers is not an option as the previous version of the driver that supported SLI is very buggy. Older versions of the drivers do not support SLI and I have no intention of sacrifice half my FPS to stop the reflective armor flicker which, while annoying sometimes, is not game breaking.
Anyone else seeing this issue with flickering reflective armor?
