Review Build --- Ice/Kin

Hi, i'm a newb on Mid's actually and i don't see lots of thread about ice/kin so i would like to know if my build is quite good.

I'm capped S/L but only 80% recharge, i don't know if it's enought.

Your hasten is basically perma with one siphon speed.

Just to nitpick I would take out the Generic Defense IO in weave and put the Defense IO from LOTG for the set bonus btw.

I already have five 1,125% hit point bonus so it wouldn't bring any bonus.

You think my build is ok ? Great, i will start buying IO... and i think it's a quite expensive build.
But i wonder about the sixth slot of my ranged attak powers and if the hold power (freeze ray) is a must have or not since i have only one hold power (but with a good recharge) ?

(i don't speak english very well so excuse my poor language)

One preference of mine: replace the three procs you have in your ST attacks to the Devastation: Chance to Hold. I read through AWRocketman's guide to an Ice/Kin and he has great advice on the build. I tried respec'ing out the Devastation procs and really missed them.

Especially leveling up, those Hold procs were life-savers plenty of times.

I fiddled a bit, just to mess around . The posted build is fine, another option for the 6th slot in your ranged attacks is the devastation quad. I like the idea of the hold proc in there. I'd slot the purple set in the rain rather than the nuke, you'll be firing that power more often.

The following build drops aim for ID (gives teammates almost +30% smashing and energy resists, and some mez protection) and caps energy defense. S/L is .1% shy, you could get that and a bit more by dropping the aegis in ID for a 4th reactive armor. I got rid of the purple set. I lost significant recharge from your build, but hasten is just perma with a t4 spiritual alpha.

And Eji your build looks great, i think i will do something like that. But maybe i will miss Aim.

If you have Accuracy and tohit from set bonuses you won't miss Aim on a Kinetics. Fulcrum shift will make up for it and much, much more.
