Login is black

Help!!!
When I start the game up, agree to terms and conditions, it then loads a login screen that is just black with gray login box, no words. how do I fix this?

This is what the CoH helper was able to find. Not sure what it means for me though.

Update your video card drivers from the ATI website.

It's quite possible that the newest driver for your video card will be part of the Legacy Driver package. I've seen some odd problems reported with the 10.2 Legacy Drivers and CoH. You may have better results using the 9.11 version of the Legacy Drivers.

EDIT: You may be able to use Mobility Modder to mod the current drivers to get them to install and work, but I don't have any systems with that video chipset built in to test with.
