Suggestion: When ever possible, include the data chunk when posting builds. The import linky can be wonky at times.
There isn't much wrong with your build, per say. You could benefit from a little more focus on defense. Not a must, but a very noticeable difference. If you can soft cap, great, but it's not really necessary. Personally I prefer to focus on S/L and E/Ne defense. If you decide to go positional, be sure and get enough of all three.
I'm posting my build as and example of a different way to focus your build. My build does use Darkness Mastery and was designed with Cardiac alpha slot in mind. I recently tested the same build with musculature, and while viable, it required very vigilant monitoring my my end bar.
My build was also designed with the intent of exploiting Touch of Fear and Cloak of Fear to their full potential. And yes...I am a Shadow Maul fan as well.
Needless to say, I am extremely happy with how this build performs.

So, I haven't respec'd myself for a long, long time, and have been trying to come up with a build for my favorite little scrapper. This build isn't completely min/max'd, but more trying to improve as much as I can while keeping the parts I always loved. This is why you'll see Shadow Maul and ToF/CoF in there - I've just always enjoyed those powers and am too used to having them to do without.
Cost of enhancements isn't really a problem, but it will take some time to put everything together. Thus, while this build looks to be about .4 seconds off from a tight smite + SL + smite + MG chain, I've set up Boxing with the slots to serve as a filler combat power until the build tightens up and I can essentially just set it aside to be used for it's set bonuses (if I had all the enhancements ready, I'd just slot up Soul Transfer to serve as a holder for Absolute Amazement and leave Boxing unused.)
Really looking for advice on any possible fatal flaws, or spots I could pull a bit more global recharge to tighten up my attack chain without sacrificing too much!
