Where to start?
for one a reminder that suggestions should be in their own threads, not wall of texted into one post?
1) Ranged Power Pool: Available in APP/PPPs for melees, because giving them range too early may unbalance things - tank mages etc.
2) More costume stuff: yay for anime hair would be ace. One piece dresses would probably be hard for scaling reasons and apart from the extra detail on Lulu's skirt part and top part, similar things can already be done. Also be careful you don't get generic'd when you copy manga chracters etc.
3: Whips: they basically said it would be the hardest thing to do at this point in time, each whip animation took about as long as it does to animate a normalish powerset.
4: scythes: I would like.

I don't really mean give tanks fireballs I just mean something kinda like the origin ranged attacks, just something else there if all else fails, like the melee just pretty much knocks them down, so something to stun or paralyze would be nice as a ranged powerpool.
Well the whips don't have to be so firey looking and complicated, just a plain whip would be nice. Plus I would be willing to pay for it so it's not like hard work unpaid for! 
I would also pay for a scythe set, as I said, I love to RP and I like using whips and scythes, it's hard to find something to replace them(except a demon mm) in the RPs. As I said in my second edit, a blade/whip would be nice but I can see it never happening because of so many reasons...but that doesn't mean I can't want it. 
For all those Blasters, Corrupters and other ranged heroes and villains, they have the fighting power pool, but what about for Brutes, Stalkers, Scrappers and Tankers? They need a ranged power pool! Also my friends and I LOVE to RP(Role Play) so we try to make toons that look like characters from anime and manga(Japanese cartoons and comics), there is one problem...there isn't piercings! I wanted to make a Pein(Naruto, Akatsuki 'Leader'. He has ALOT of facial piercings) RP character as a Dominator with Gravity and Storm(for the rain) but it was difficult. Also having hair like his Cloud's and many other japanese male(and some female) characters would be cool! Another thing I really want to see is whips! They have a few whip powers for Demon Masterminds but stalkers ans scrappers would look cool with a whip powerset! And before I forget I have a friend that wants dresses, he wants to have Final Fantasy 10 and 10-2 Lulu's dress but I told him theres probably copyright so he said he'll settle for just dresses! And the last thing I want to add that I can think of at the moment a PvP/RP server/zone were you can make a character thats goes to lvl 50 as soon as you start and you can build it however you like and either PvP or RP with those characters!
Edit: Oh and scythes would also be an awesome powerset!
Edit 2: I was thinking about a blade/whip like weapon powerset, both melee and ranged, make it high damage, slow recharge and high endurance cost to make up for the ranged and melee feature. Also for a ranged Power Pool I think Ninja stars and Senbon(Throwing needle) would be cool, they can paralyze or slow or something.
I think it would also be fun to have demon like aura's, like in alot of shows you'll see demon animal aura's on people like with Naruto and the Tailed Fox for example.
