You're misreading. Avatea's post was for the February WST. Beastyle's is for the March. Numina and "Soul of the Woodsman" are the same TF.

Not to be complicated, but Avatea's post on this forum has the target as "Return of the Reichsman". Beastyle's reply to her post says it is "Soul of the Woodsaman" with no explanation, and the Paragon Wiki has it as "Numina Task Force".
Are they all the target, am I misreading?
