Where is best place for a Hecatomb Proc? (FA/DB)

I've got a character I'm working on. He isn't well built and has every power in both primary and secondary. His ST attacks mostly have Smashing haymaker and mako (quad+proc).

But tonight I got a hecatomb drop.

Like an idiot I usually just use attacks randomly but I'm trying to get in the habit of Blinding-AttackVitals. I've tried experimenting with sweep and while it is better aoe, I never seem to do it right.

Any recommendations where to put the hecatomb to maximize its damage for either AV or Sweep as a primary combo? Is there one that works best with both?

Traditionally procs go best in the attacks you repeat most rapidly -- more chances to activate. In this case I'm not sure, because chaining together combos means you won't just be spamming the rapidly-recharging Tier 1. Maybe Blinding Feint, since you'll be trying to stack it anyway and you'll use it before either combo?

Regarding the best way to get the combos down, I finally systematized my tray, putting the powers for the Attack Vitals combo on 1-2-3 and the Sweep combo on 4-5-6. I keep BF on the next tray up, so it's alt-1 (same place I habitually put Build-Up-type powers). Chaining the combo is a little easier if I'm just working my way down the row.

Definitely put the Hecatomb proc in your Tier 1 Secondary. You're going to be utilizing your T1 for bruising, anyways, and your T1 will be your most rapidly recharging attack--and that is important because Hecatomb already has a 33% chance of firing. Factor in that damage procs don't do any more damage on a T9 than they do on a T1, and the choice is obvious.
