Taskbar conflict issues in Windows 7.

Hmmm, usually that happens when a background process is trying to take priority for some reason.
Check to see that you don't have any programs running in the background that could be causing this, updaters, such as apple's or adobe's can do this.
Hmm, wonder if a browser redirect spyware program, running in the background, might cause this as well? Are you using the new updater?
When starting up CoX, on an inconsistent basis, the taskbar will reassert over the game interface, as if I'd alt-tabbed out but with nothing to alt-tab out to. Trying to alt-tab back into the game brings it to the front for about half a second before the taskbar reasserts again. There is no way to play the game while the taskbar is on top.
