Can't run 2 instances of COH after new NCSOFT installer installion

Anyone have any suggestions for this? Now I cant run 2 instances of COH on my WIN 7 64 bit. I have been able too since issue 3. Any help in the matter would be much apprecitated....

Go into the launcher.

File -> Settings, Advance Tab

Check "Allow multiple instances of a game to be launched"

Click OK.
