Best to keep shouting in Defiant Events whenever you're bout to do a mayhem mission. As you're only level 26, you won't be able to access the higher level mayhems yet, but once you're level 50, you can keep getting the Peregrine Island mayhem mission again and again, meaning you can get all your non-exploration badges easily.

i need kings row, talos island, brickstone, founders falls, and peregrine island explore badges, aswell as i need to do 7 more arsons, destroy 3 more vault doors, beat up 18 more heroes, and lastly, beat up 600 more ppd! ^_^
the biggest thing i'm concerned about is the explore badges (especially kings row ), the rest i can get from soloing if needed
i'm currently lvl 26 so i can run independance port mayhems for people if they need it, and i don't mind making a new villain so people can get the lower lvl badges if they need them, just ask ^_^
