if u want the exploration badges for ur lvl 26 toon, then the oportunity for talos, brickstown, FF and IP is still open for you and can get them easily in the future

Usually, when someone is ready to start a safeguard or mayhem, he anounces it in Defiant Events, if anyone wants in (so you better join DE if you haven't yet)
thing is that lately, most of people play their 50s for incarnate stuff, so the mayhems and safeguards are rare

i been just mostly soloing independance port and announce every time i go to do it, but no, everybody wants their itf instead D:

i need kings row, talos island, brickstone, founders falls, and peregrine island explore badges, aswell as i need to do 7 more arsons, destroy 3 more vault doors, beat up 18 more heroes, and lastly, beat up 600 more ppd! ^_^
the biggest thing i'm concerned about is the explore badges (especially kings row ), the rest i can get from soloing if needed
i'm currently lvl 26 so i can run independance port mayhems for people if they need it, and i don't mind making a new villain so people can get the lower lvl badges if they need them, just ask ^_^
