WS Build and how I'm a 'tard

Ok I've reviewed some other threads/builds in this forum.I've tried my hand at making a build on Mids and I still gotta admit I'm a 'tard.

I have a sample build but I'm lost I want a human/dwarf but trying to fit everything in is giving me a big pain.

I could use w/e help anyone can give macro's/sample build/pointers/slotting etc.
I'm limited for time because of school/work and taking the time to go through everything I like is damn near impossible anymore.

So I'm gonna post my sample build and tell me what is wrong and ideas for slotting.I figure the human will be a res toggled blaster and the dwarf will be a steam roller.I've read Dechs guide(awesome by the way) and tried some stuff.But really want this WS to go all the way.

This is my third WS and the previous 2 fell to the delete button 'cuz I got sick of trying to figure out a balanced build.So here it goes.

I would say it is a matter of rearranging your slots. My Warshade is a perma-eclipsed Nova with a focus on Dwarf and Nova so I can't help much for Human form except Stygian Circle and Eclipse. Unless you are putting a set in Dwarf, then I think 3 Damage Resistance are enough and more slots in Stygian Circle.
