Sadly, there is not. This has been brought up a few times.

I have the CohUpdater.exe -compatiblecursors 1 on one computer which seems to enlarge the mouse icon (and make it look ugly). Might be wrth a try.
According to paragonwiki its now in options

Yeah I turned on the ugly cursors; it still doesn't seem so big
The mouse cursor gets lost in the explosions. I tried making desktop cursors bigger but in game they're still small
