DB/SR build needs feedback

I've been away from the game for a year or abouts, and what do I find when I get back? Well, all sorts of crazy stuff. Very crazy stuff. But what really shocked me was that the Fitness Pool was inherent! Holy cow. I could pick a whole three, yes, count 'em, three new powers. And on a build as starved for powers as DB/SR this is godsend.

It also means respeccing, buying new enhancements and lots of head-scratching as to what, exactly, I should pick. I settled for the good old Medicine Pool because, hey, making myself even harder to kill than before is good, right? Also, the tasty, tasty set bonuses on the healing sets. Thing is, a year is a long time and I've honestly forgotten half of what's what in the scrapper world, and the stuff I do remember was probably nerfed and/or buffed. In short, I'm sure the forum's local fauna can help tweak this build a good deal.

TL;DR of the build:

- 2028 HP
- Regen's just shy of 27 HP/s
- Softcapped, natch
- 55% global rech, which I think lets me run BF->AV without interruptions
- Pricy, but not crazy pricy

Looking at the build I don't think you really need help

It is a good build. You have great recovery, good Regen and Aid self. You have a lot of hit points too. The only thing I would do is put another LoTG +7.5% in Agile, you only have 4 in your build so why not make it 5.
