I'm working on leveling this Brute, and would like advice on the following Build. I will be PVE, both solo and teaming. Is there anything i'm missing that I should have?

I would say drop Recall Friend for Rise of the Phoenix. Even with your decent S/L defense and resistance you have, you will die more often than other Brute armor sets.
Swap the Obliteration: Damage/Recharge in Blazing Aura and Fire Sword Circle for the damage proc. Same thing with Burn, drop the Damage/Recharge for the damage proc of the same set. And you might consider changing the Winter's Gift in Super Jump to the Blessing of the Zephyr Knockback protection.

Aside from those few things, I think it looks pretty good. Very expensive, but good.

I just got back to the game from an extended break, and am now trying to figure out the Incarnate stuff. I've read in other posts that you want Cardiac, or Spiritual for Brutes. Would one or the other be better with this build?

For your build, I would highly suggest Cardiac.
