I don't mind having it
If you have the perception, it's free rep if you find that one dumb stalker that AFKs in the middle of RV. Or if your on a team you can drop it on the tank or brute who's in the middle of a brawl to keep his back covered.
other than that though, not much else you can do with it.

hmm, seems like i am going with resilience, then. x)
will it be worth taking from weapon mastery as a scrapper? :/
i know slow is nerfed harshly. (and i remember i had to shelve my ice/ troller, because of it. :x)
hence, it isn`t worth taking it?
or should i still take it for noob stalkers` attempts to AS? (as in noobs playing stalkers. not saying all stalkers = noobs.)
if it is a no go, since i don`t really have any other powers to take, i will be sticking with resilience.
any tips/ideas?
