First Tank with a Purple Alpha Slot . . . Me?

As it currently stands it looks like I'll have a tier 4 on 5 different toons on the 15th - including a tank.

Notice of the Well, yes it was. It dropped from Khan/Barracuda two days in a row, but it also seems to have been fixed before the next morning.
Basically you could get one on tuesday and wednesday, but on thursday it stopped - miraculously without even a patch deployment during that morning's downtime.

My DM/SD Scrapper will have my 4th tier Alpha slot on the 15th, but only because of a GM error.
Curious, will anyone be able to get their Purple Alpha slot on the 15th? My understanding is that because of Essence aof the Well only being available once a week, nobody should be able to get theirs until the 22nd, but somehow the game bugged and gave my FireX3 Tank on my Alt account 2 this week.
Has this happened to anyone else or am I in a very unique position?
