E-mail rollback?

I finally found an email I hadn't looked at. I thought it was the standard we sent it to the next level stuff.

The tech wants to know what sever I was playing on at a certain time. Like I remember for sure what sever I was on before, but not after 6pm on the 10th. I let them know what servers I play the most and that I don't remember. So they asked again.

Maybe you have an email like that too?
