If Cassandra Cain is there, then so am I.
Throw in Slobo as the token male, and I'd be in heaven. 
Not sold on the name though. Still, with that line-up, it certainly wouldn't be a deal-breaker.

It randomly came to me...
It would be awesome if there was a comic featuring a team made up of...
Empress, Misfit, Secret, Black Alice, Cassandra Cain, Arrowette, and Red Tornado's daughter as a "base" intel helper person.
They would be called something like "The Chicks" which is a pun and a play off the idea of the Birds of Prey. Young Birds are Chicks. Womens are Chicks. It works.
I love these characters, they're free to do it, and it would be an awesome team. Not only that but they have a nice intro arc with Black Alice and Misfit being related and trying to figure ou how they got separated. Obviously they'd go to Oracle to get help and that could lead to "having to go into a dangerous area" and Cass just happening to be around so she goes with them. Oracle could then see the benefit in having such a team in terms of both controlling these three and just training these young female heroes, but has her hands full so she recruits Red Tornado's daughter...who recruits the other members since they live together ^.^
