I've been staring at your build in Mids for the past 15 minutes or so, and all I can think of is dropping the Reg Tissue unique for another Rech IO in Hasten, netting 2.2 faster recharge.
That's more of a taste thing, though.
Here's an alternate one, very slightly less S/L def, a bit less E/NE but slightly better Resistance numbers and some more Recharge.
This is ripping me apart!

While I'd like the faster recharge on Hasten, I don't think 25% Regen is worth those two seconds.

Hello, I am DSorrow and I'm a buildoholic.
With the very rare alphas released, I finally got enough motivation to get the Panaceas on my Kat/Inv and now I'm on the way to The Perfect Build. I'm going to need some help, though, because it's hard to come up with fresh slotting ideas when I've looked at the two powersets so much.
I'm looking to get the following things:
**I only want/need this for perma DP and the ability to run GC > GD > GC > SD gapless.
F/C Defense isn't a concern because S/L takes care of much of it, and against pure F/C attacks that are melee I have DA (single application soft caps Melee Def). And as you can probably tell from the build, budget is unlimited because this is my main.
This is what I'm looking at currently, probably has room for at least some improvement.
