WP Strength of Will , is it a endurance drain ?

I'm a bit confused reading MIDs description of Strength of Will. The impression I am getting is it is NOT a full endurance drain, but it does drain a large portion of your endurance when it expires..

So wondering if someone could tell me which way this power goes from first hand experience.

the drain really isnt that bad...while i dont run it on my brute anymore i dont remember it being a real issue b/c i was generally around 80% or higher on my end thx to the rec buff

Stonefather - 50 Stone/WP/Soul brute
Sable Affliction - Earth/Dark/Fire Dom
Wild Cipher - Beast/Time MM

It gives you +rec (and all the res of course) while it's active and drains 50% of your end on expiration, which is generally not a problem on a wp toon.
