Test Server Copy troubles

I have been trying to copy ANY of my characters over to the Test Server this week, but while the Copy tool page says "Copy in Progress" for up to 15 minutes after, the characters themselves never actually show up in the test server. I have deleted and re-downloaded my "Test install", while it took nearly forever it didn't change anything. I deleted every toon I ever had in the Test server and tried again, still to no avail.

To answer what I suspect will be the envitable questions:

*I have waited for more than an hour, up to 36 hours in one case.
*I have followed the instructions explicity on how to set-up access to the Test server; I can get in and always have.
*I am only looking to understand why my characters haven't been showing up for the last 5 or 6 days.

So has something changed that I missed here in the forums? Is there a known issue currently? How can I get my characters over to test my Very Rare Alpha's?

Are you on the US servers or the European servers? The copy tool for the European servers has problems from time to time.
