stone/stone build advice?

New Dawn

Hi all,

Had my stoner tank sitting at 50, but never really got around to fully IOing him until now...just finished a build & wanted some constructive criticism/advice on what you experts thought!

This is an all-purpose general build, with softcapped def to S/L out of granite, and softcapped to all but psi in granite. I focused on end redux & damage in my attacks because i'm going with the spiritual alpha slot for more recharge to offset granite. I also included as much +run speed as possible.

Let me know what you all think, i'd love any advice!
Thanks!

PS-mostly a casual player here, so went for a non-purple build, but i'm not opposed to saving up.

Energy is the next most common damage type after S/L but you didn't have room for Crystal Armor in your build. I suggest making two builds: one for Granite tanking and the other without Granite. For tanking psionics in Granite, you can easily get enough defense (Weave + Maneuvers + a couple set bonuses) to soft cap psionic defense with a medium purple. That only requires 20%. It is probably possible to reach 32.5% psionic defense, too.

Laser beam eyes? If ya gonna slot it like that then I wonder why take it. Hurl knocks fliers down, do that move up and use real attacks that won't miss. I prolly wouldn't bother with physical perfection, which might be why ya took lbe, you res end drain really well, you can have good end rec. Your attack chains and toggles just need to be better end redded is all. I would rather lotg sets than red fortunes.

Where ya differ from me is run speed. I don't bother spending slots on eeking out minute extra feet per sec. I just have 6 slotted taunt thats hastened and grab aggro if I am recovering and/or tp around happily. TP self has 2 end slots because a 13 endpoint use at a time is scandalous.
