I'm no expert, but a couple things come to mind.

1) I would have gone with Bash instead of Build-up. You want a quick attack chain to build up Fury. Bash, Brawl, Pulverize, Bash, Brawl, Jawbreaker...rinse and repeat. Save your Clobber for when you've built up your Fury bar a bit. (You could also argue for holding off on Clobber...but where's the fun in that)

2) Drop Combat Jumping for Mind over Body. Combat Jumping is great when you've already got DEF buffs to build on...but Willpower is mostly a Resistance/Regeneration set.

If you have the slot at 22, 24, or 30, you can bring either or both of those powers back...but I'd consider them supplemental powers, and not core ones. I'd be interested to see someone crunch the numbers as to whether triple slotting Stamina at low levels works as well as adding End Reduxes to attacks...

Just my two cents...I've been thinking about a DB/WP toon, so this is fresh in my mind.

If you've actually got Ninja Run, put off Combat Jumping until later. I haven't taken a Travel Power since buying the Ninja Pack, and I don't miss it. Combat Jumping works well as a small DEF booster/LotG mule later on on the build.

Take Mind Over Body at 14. Even if you plan on taking a Travel Power, missing out on MOB will be a huge detriment to your survivability. Honestly, I'd put off Super Jump until 22, allowing you to take RTTC, Whirling Mace, and Quick Recovery beforehand.

Buildup is good, definitely worth having, although I feel like you lose a bit of its value by having it at such a high cooldown. Obviously you can't control this much yet, but once you get the opportunity, reduce the CD on that sucker.

Edit: I'd also recommend against spending a respec this early. Any mistakes you think you've made can easily be corrected as you continue leveling.

I slapped together a build based off of the build you posted above. I'm not an expert on either of those Power Sets, but it seems like this would be a decent build to me. The build has 45% DEF to S/L, and about 35% to Energy,Negative, Fire, Cold, Melee, and about 20% to Ranged/AOE/Psionic. It's also got Perma Hasten for fast attack goodness.

It's pricey, but you could stay S/L capped by dropping the Gladiator and replacing the Purple in Crowd Control with a 6 piece Obliteration. Also the LotGs are probably unnecessary for the time being.

I actually could make a second build when that option opens up, I don't have ninja run, but I have plenty of Vet reward stuff including resepecs and being able to take a travel power without the prior powers, i just happen to think CJ is quite useful.

High Pain Tolerance gives such a small +Resist bonus. If you're going to put slots in it, wait until later in the build. Spending two slots to go from 5.6% resist to 8.2% is not a good idea when everything else still needs slots.

Because of Fury, low-level brutes don't need +damage as much as other ATs. Put off Build Up a few levels, and get Mind Over Body earlier.

The only Defense Indomitable Will provides is to Psi. You're going to run into very little that uses Psi attacks at low level. Slot it for End Reduction instead.

Since you get the Fitness Pool for free now, don't forget to enhance it, even if you don't have slots to add to it!
