Well, it appears that the problem lies with my motherboard...at least that is what I am thinking.
I ran some additional tests and now the ram chips that were fine are now showing errors.
I am not having as many slowdowns - Luna & I ran our weekly static team without a problem, but soon after we finished, I was hit with a slowdown.
