Updater speed
I'd watch it over a few hours and see what it does, and/or try restarting it.
Comcast or some other entity may be working on equipment or have an outage somewhere, they don't always report or admit to such events.
Comcast has been caught throttling customers before.
The downloader doesn't report correct d/l speeds. If it's downloading a large file, it won't update its progress during that file and then you have, in effect, zero b/s being figured into the total d/l speed.
But if it is going real slow in reality, you can try using different ports.

Currently:
3.7 Gigabytes total data
4.7 kilobytes per second download speed.
At this rate, I'll be able to play again in... 267 hours... or... over 11 days.
I've excepted it from my firewall. Comcast has never throttled my torrents or anything before... What the hell is causing this, and how can I fix it?
Are there any alternatives? I typically can download 4 gigs in an hour or two, not a ... week. This is "background downloader so your gameplay isn't affected" speed, here!
