Hero/Villain/Praetorian only badges interchangable?

Praetorians will keep the praetorian versions of the badges for the life of the character and will only get the Praetorian versions of the badges.
Heroes and Villains will shift due to alignment.

For instance badges such as Moral High Ground, Resistance Member, Loyalist and Avid Reader are four badges a Primal character can't get right now. On the other hand a Praetorian character currently can't get the following Anniversary badges: Celebrant, Reveler, Pursuer, Merrymaker, Entertainer, Jubilant or Exultant.
As far as "starting over" again you have to weigh these things into account. If you really want the Primal hero versions of those badges then maybe you can have them on another alt. *shrugs*

I just found out that some badges are for a certain origin only, but now i'm wondering - Is it possible for a Praetorian to ever get hero or villain achievement etc badges?
I was levelling a Praetorian just because i wanted to do the new newbie experience, but i thought that when i went hero i'd be.... well, hero. I was looking forward to getting badges like Unbreakable or Deathless, but apparently PRaetorians can't get it...
Is it possible to turn into a 'full' hero somehow or do i have to start over (again?)
