I think it would be easier for us to give feedback if you said more about how you plan to play this character and what you are trying to accomplish. Your defense seems rather low if you plan on soloing much, but if you are primarily acting as a support character this might not make a difference.
There also look like a few oversights--I notice that you have 6 endurance enhancements in Stamina. I would expect to see just 3 in there if you don't want an IO benefit, or to have actual IOs in there from a set if you plan to 6-slot it.

I plan on using this character for task forces and mission teams, so no I won't be soloing.
Since money doesnt seem to be an issue I didnt hold much of anything back. I rearranged a lot of your powers to be more TF-friendly too. The slotting was kinda scary to be honest to I did a lot of tweaking there. I left 1 last slot where can put a ragnorok proc in empty clips or bullet rain for the knockdown.
While I normally dont condone rads skipping choking cloud I assume you planned on being a ranged supporter so I kept it out of the build.
I dropped stealth but picked up hasten/ss and put the stealth IO in ss to be equal to pve invis. This build is also perma-am and perma-hasten and a lot easier on your endurance.

I recommend you take a look at Dark Mastery. Soul Drain works extremely well with Hail of Bullets, as they are both on the same recharge timer and are PBAoE's.
Dark Mastery is just awesome on corruptors in general due to Soul Drain.
