That build looks good, but it could use a few changes if you wanted to make it better.
Don't plan your entire build around the Alpha boost. You may decide you want a different one later or find that you need a certain one for a certain situation. Alpha boosts also have an amount of enhancement that bypasses ED, so you will always gain some benefit from them and should not underslot a bonus just because you plan to use a certain boost.
Aid Self would be nice to have. If you dropped Laser Beam Eyes and one other attack, you could get it. Did you work out an attack chain for maximum DPS?
You have extra defense that you don't really need. You could drop one slot from Combat Jumping and Weave. A third recharge in Hasten would bring it closer to perma. True Grit and Tough can also lose one slot each with minimal loss of resistance.
Active Defense needs Membranes to reach 95% defense debuff resistance. You are currently at 87.83%. Refusing to use Membranes based on it being bugged seems silly to me. When they do fix it (which will probably be never) you can go back to using regular IOs.
If you're not actually having endurance problems, the Spiritual Alpha path would work better for you.
You get more recharge, so you get Shield Charge and Foot Stomp recharging faster.
And you get more healing, which on the surface seems useless, until you realize that it adds an SO's worth of healing enhancement to every power that can accept it. That means it will be further enhancing True Grit, giving you more HP.
Provided your endurance consumption is under control, that's what I'd go with.

Been trying to get help on my final build for my SD/SS tank, my previous post I had forgot to mention that I had the cardiac radial boost for the extra resistant and endurance discount. Going to post the build that someone else suggested I might go with. With me forgetting to mention about my alpha I've went with just wondering if I should change a few slots around from my resist powers according to the build or should I consider going for a different alpha? Also wondering if there's a different epic I might should consider going with then energy. I've got it on my current build, but with the recovery I'll have and the endurance reductions is there something that would help me more? (been looking into fire and stone) Just not sure what would work the best. Thanks again for any help and suggestons.
