Night widow: Shatter armor PPP & Uncommon core boost any good?

Not sure why you would want Mace aoe attack. It's a very slow aoe with 32s long recharge. The only aoe attack I would take from Patron is Arctic Breath because it has -resistance but that's in Mako set.
My only reason to take Mace is for Shatter Armor and take Mace Envelop for web's -fly/-jump. Shatter Armor's redraw isn't that bad because you can't use it often anyway. It helps against hard targets.
My NW didn't take any power from patron though. My Fortunata did, Soul Mastery for Gloom and Immb.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
I took shatter armor on my night widow. Took the immob and just placed in an acc IO, and only have shatter armor 3-slotted since it sees only limited use. Hits hard, has a 20 second -20 resist debuff, and is good to have around IMO for things like robot bosses that resist a widow's psi and lethal attacks (and take bonus damage vs shatter armor's smashing).
I have my doubts still for the PPP on my Night Widow. I want some AoE as weel, and Mace mastery got one. I hate redraw, but is going to be redraw anyway with others PPP like Soul.
Also, I want the very rare core Paragon once is out, so I have to take the core boost way.
Any thoughts?
