I11 - The Last Issue
Flows = Flaws? Well, I'm not sure. TA's single target hold can be stacked with the one from your primary, which lets you hold bosses quickly - a useful thing.
"uber" is a pretty vague goal for a build. Though, if you're looking at Elec/TA, I hope you want a lot of control... because you will, in fact, have a lot of control, unless you do something *awfully* bizarre.
you may not be a pro at mids but if you could just throw something together thats something like what you want to play we can help you more. its hard to point you in the right direction when we have no idea of where you want to be.
i can say this though, elec/TA will have plenty of soft control to go around, and your electric control will be able to light oil slick with ease. the thing is that they favor different styles. electric's conductive aura needs melee but since TA offers virtually no way of supporting you it plays much better at range.
but beyond this i cant offer much b/c i dont know what YOU want from this toon. soloing is possible, but will be slow. a team-oriented build would yield much better results imo.
so yeah..throw together something that caters to your playstyle and personal perks(even if you just set it up for basic SOs or IOs) and we can give you some pointers

Here is one fairly expensive possibility. I believe this build has perma hasten once built to the full Spiritual alpha recharge rate (which you currently cant do but will be able to soon). But you could also get away with the damage or endurance alpha slotting.
This build is soft capped to ranged. Solo, this character is built to open with Synaptic Overload, then do damage with Oil Slick Arrow and Fireball. You can operate from melee range when its helpful.
Investing several billion more to buy the PVP +Defense IO would let you change slotting in Jolting Chain to add damage procs. Right now its slotted mostly for bonuses.

Hello all, i am back had to deal with RL issues. @Oedipus_Tex i like your build alot, what can i use alternative to the purple sets? I did try to do a build in mids but it got to frustrating and frankly i thought it would be embarrassing putting it up here. I do thank you and everyone for there responses. Hi I am new to posting in the forums so i apologize if i am in the wrong part. I do read the forums but i cannot find a post or thread on elec control/trick arrow. I want to build a uber build but not really good with mids. I did read that Trick arrow has alot of flows like you need to use two powers to hold a boss. If anyone can please help a hero out I surely appreciate it. thank you.
