Items of Power still in the game?

Fire/Rad Controller Level 50
The COP Trial got revamped and readded to the game to give the players the buffs for a certain amount of time when they complete it instead.

At the bottom of the page it shows you what it USED to be like too (Under Historical). Hope this helps you out

I see all kinds of conflicting info... they are/aren't in the game... there is/isn't pvp raiding... etc.
anyone have any concrete info?
