How would this combo be for zone PVP? I never see them around but then again I only PVP every once in a while. With impale, self heal and other tools it might be decent.

Yeah it could be pretty good. I've always thought electric is an underrated set. Especially in zones with all the end sappers.
Get impale, char and fire blast and have a fully ranged toon I'd say. Occasionally go in to hit someone with barb swipe.
