Recovery 3.23 - End drain 2.09 = Net end gain 1.143
Ideally it'll be no less than 2.5 as a rule for most attacks with good end redux will meet 2.5 so you're not gasping for end.
The slotting in superior conditioning you do that for a bit of end gain but if you're running foc acc you might by end reduxing that lower your end drain more and increase your net end gain better.

this is my spin on your build...kept most everything similar, mostly moved some powers around. i improved overall end management and kept your s/l softcap. i also worked on rage so you can stack it to avoid the nasty -def effect when it wears off.
if you still much of an issue with end there's always the cardiac radial incarnate
