Protector Bots and Mids, Bot/FF questions.

The Prot Bot toggle in Mids has never done anything afaik, so their bubble is not counted at all into the MM's overall defence numbers. You'll find that with 2x lvl 50 Def IOs slotted into the Prot Bots, you get 11.18% a defence bonus from the 1 bubble.

I don't know alot about these things, but your build just seems to make alot of sense to me, as far as the power choices, slotting and sets.
Usually when I look for build help on the forums, there is always a power here or there that I don't agree with, but yours just seems to click with me.
That build is oversloted for defense although it is capable of reaching the ranged defense soft cap on its own its not taking into account the 11% def from the protector bots and makes sacrifices for that.
This is the build I plan on using right now even it lacks provoke, which I would like to have.

Do you find that having TP (even with the keybind) as your travel power makes you nuts?
For zone travel its fine. A jetpack is good of you have a slow conection, or hover. In missions it's up and down depending on the map and how far you can see on the map.

In Mids Protector bots have a on/off switch by default but it dosen't do any thing. Is this a known bug?
I was under the inpression that it was the toggle for the 10% defense that they give but its not working on my machine.
Assuming that the +10% from the Protector bots is not being counted and I wanted to reach the soft cap all I would need is 35% defense right?
I an generally wrong so that's what I planed for. Here is my current build if any one wants to take a look.
If by some miracle I'm right I'll have to redo the whole thing.
