So, between grabbing ideas here and there, from the boards, friends, and other SG/VG bases, I finally had a bright idea for the basic construction of my meeting room. Specifically, it's designed for CoP gatherings, which is why there are 3 tables as opposed to some of the amphitheaters I've seen before. Take a look, toss some ideas my way, critique, etc.
