I've heard of others who had a similar problem because they downloaded the wrong version of the game.
There is a "NA" version and an "EU" version.
I am not a techy person, but perhaps if you posted in the Tech Forums above, you might get a better answer. This section of the forums usually answers questions like "where do I find <X> faction?"

It says in the error box:
"The name "C:\Program Files\City Of Heroes\cohupdater.eu.exe", which is written in the target box, isn't correct. Check the file path and the file name to see if it's correct." Not that good a translation form my side, but I did my best.
Decided that I want to try to re-install the game. But after uninstalling it I found out that cohupdater.eu.exe was in my downloads folder, so I think it would have worked if I just moved it from there to the install folder ._. Oh well, re-installing now... or, re-downloading rather said :/
everytime I try to log in to COH, I get a message telling me "The account name or password that you have entered is incorrect" and I can assure you that it is the right password and account name!
Why can't I log in?
