After finishing out my DDDD after several years (and lots of help), I'd like to tweak him for i19.

And here's what I'm thinking for i19, with these possibly lingering issues:
- I liked the old build (and the IO's are already owned), so I tried to work in powers that required minimal slots
- New powers acquired are Tactics, Vengeance, and Soul Transfer
- Not sure of the enhancements on these new powers
- Ignore enhancement placement order, was trying to minimize hassle when going from old to new. Power selection order is what I'm planning.

this is my take on your build. i kept all the same powers but rearranged the order and many of the sets.

what mine does vs yours
-boosts global rech
-makes end much more manageable
-more exemplar friendly if you do that
-removed a couple procs you werent really benefiting from
-lower defense(tho not by much). but with all your -tohit i think you are still basically softcapped anyways, just pop a small purp and you hit the cap for s/l
-lower regen, but between your own heal plus fluffy you should really notice

Kinda going through the same process myself with my D4 build. Just one random thing I noticed with both your builds: it seems at some point Fly's speed was increased, but the flight speed cap was not, as such, it's extremely easy to hit the flight speed cap at 50. By extremely easy I mean, if your level 50, and turn on an unslotted fly, you'll hit the cap.

I'm throwing run speed in swift and a single -End in fly.
