Hello All,

I finally broke down and bought a Panacea proc, but can't seem to find data or a post to see if it's better slotted in Physical Perfection than Health?

I'd image I would get more out of the +Endurance, but what of the Regen. This will be predominately for PVP.

I will do that too. It will be helpful to know for both being that I have a PVE build as well.

For PvE, slotting it in the passive that provides the least base regeneration is usually best. The alternative to the IO is a regular healing enhancement. If you were to put a proc in Health then enhance the regen on Physical Perfection, you would have less total regen than if you did it the other way around. If you don't plan on enhancing your regen, it doesn't matter where the procs go. I don't PvP, but I would imagine the logic is the same in most cases.

Hold on, assuming this is for slotting in a tank I don't see the problem with posting here. This forum appears to be for Tankers with the forum description of

As for the OP's question, it doesn't appear to matter which you put it in for it's effect, so you need to base it off what else you would put in that slot. If it's taking the 3rd slot then as syntax says above it would be better in the lower base regen power. If it's a 4th slot then it's probably not important.
