The "sweet spots" for defense are 32.5% and 45%. Anywhere inbetween will require a small purple inspiration to soft cap for tougher fights and the extra defense from sets is generally wasted. Aim for 32.5% to either a positional or S/L to make your build more efficient. You might even be able to get 32.5% melee and ranged if you are careful with slotting.
This is what im currently using on this and it works out nicely. I built for s/l defense and it really helps a lot. End drain is quite quick running all the toggles but i have power sink. Just wanted to ask if there is anything anyone would do different with the build. I plan on getting cardiac for more end help with the toggles..never have enough end.
