Ive got an Elec/Elec brute hanging around in his 40s and Im looking for a few good builds to study in Mids before I respec him. My goal isnt anything out of the ordinary: Id like to add a layer of defense and have some good recharge. This character solos, teams, and gets exemped down pretty regularly. PvP isnt an issue.
Im not expecting a soft capped defense build, but it would be great to land a 33% S/L build. Pretty large budget to work with and I can always make more, so how about a cheap IO build and a fairly tricked out build? One to use and one to work for. Thanks in advance.
