I don't know a lot about Dark but a lot of people put in Theft of Essence:Chance for +Endurance into Dark regeneration. It helps a lot. The Performance Shifter proc is always good to slot.
The Achilles' Heel: Chance for Res debuff is good to put into Gambler's Cut or Sting of the Wasp depending on which one you took.

Chance for build up isn't worth it in Build Up. The Gaussian set is a good one, though, so if Build Up is the best spot for it on your build, then go for it.
If you're uber rich, a Panacea proc is always nice.

Can I slot Gaussian's Synchronized Fire-Control: Chance for Build Up
into Build-up? Is it worth it? What about the Performance Shifter +end
proc? I am burning endurance like a maniac right now (lvl 31 so far, haven't
started slotting IO's).
