I've reactivated my account after 2/3 years and its taken me days to download and verify due to my bloody mothers internet being crap. Now it won't let me log in. C:\Program Files (x86)\City of Heroes\City of Heroes\CohUpdater.eu.exe
You can just change the file name in the game directory and in the shortcut and it should work.
