heres my spine fire i dont have the recharge u do but i dont get hit that often and my end with the alpha for end reduc is awesome

Hi Switch,
Thanks for your build I like it! I figure insps should be dropping often enough to keep a purple on in more challenging fights and I'm not sure I want to sacrifice 50%+ Recharge especially if the toon goes with the End Redux Alpha Slot.
Anyone else have any inisght on the build?

Hi guys,
I'm doing a build for a friend for an i19 Spines/Fire Scrapper. Basically money is no object and the toon will be running most of the TFs heroside pretty regularly, ranging from Positron to ITFs etc.
My primary focus was recharge and then I figured with all the PBAoEs I could go for some Melee Def with all the Oblits. Realising that I'm not going to cap Melee Def with all the recharge slotting I have done I thought at least getting to 32% so you can pop a purple will help.
Concerning the build, I realise my end reduction is very poor when running all the toggles. But I figured with Consume up pretty often and Physical Perfection I should be alright.
So if anyone could help me point out any mistakes I've made, or any experiences with a build like this you have had, I would be greatful for any feedback.
Oh, and for reference I have 95% Recharge and ~36% Melee Def atm.
