Skyway and Steel Canyon Events Broken

At least on Pinnacle, ever since the Holiday Event patch original flavor went up, all Fires and Troll Raves have ceased to exist. We've been watching the event messages around the clock while flying around the zones and have come up empty every time.

However, during the same period of time, I can confirm that the Paladin construction site, Kraken, Lusca, Ghost Ship (in both Talos and IP), Babbage, and Jurassik are still spawning perfectly fine.
