Super Speed or Concealment?

Or you could just get a stealth IO.
I'm kind of new to this AT. Just got my stalker to level 10. Is one of these better than the other as a supplement to your natural stealth? I always hear people complain about teaming with Stalkers who don't take an additional power.
I notice that super speed drops your threat level instead of only adding to your stealth radius, but concealment uses less end so you could have it going all the time. |

But outside of PVP I don't know what you need the extra sneakiness for. Can you explain?
In PVP, there'r varying levels of perception amongst the players so it can be really useful to stack stealths like hide + stealth + stealth IO.
Iirc, the PVE enemies that can see through hide can see through hide plus whatever.

I don't know either. I have to admit it does seem redundant. I just don't want my stalker to disappoint teammates. If you've played them and never noted a really good reason to take additional stealth powers, then I'll just skip it.

I'm really glad I asked about this.

I could be wrong. I don't think I am, but it has happened before.

The only use I can think of in PVE is if you want to have something to cover the time it takes for hide to restart once it has been broken--8 sec iirc (or maybe 10).
I don't think many stalkers bother with this though.
For PvE, I typically run with Stealth OFF, using only Hide (saves Endurance).
So, if you're going to be consistently sticking to PvE, you can skip it.
Anything that can see you through Hide in PvE can also see you through
Hide + Stealth (ie. KoA, Rikti Drones, Rularuu Eyeballs etc.).
That said, if you're going to dabble with PvP at all, then I'd say it's pretty
much mandatory, and I'd also pick up a Stealth IO as well.
As far as pleasing teammates, I don't see how Stealth or Super Speed would
matter to them one way or other. On the other hand, my stalkers don't team
anyway - don't need 'em, don't want 'em - they just get in the way of the
targets I'm planning to kill...

I've been rich, and I've been poor. Rich is definitely better.
Light is faster than sound - that's why some people look smart until they speak.
For every seller who leaves the market dirty stinkin' rich,
there's a buyer who leaves the market dirty stinkin' IOed. - Obitus.
