Chain Induction proc, confirm?
Cannot confirm. Chain Induction is weird. I have no idea.
Chain Induction
This Electric Melee attack deals moderate Smashing and Energy damage and may drain some of the target's Endurance. However, this attack also induces an unstable electric charge that may jump to another enemy target. The charge will jump randomly between multiple targets, until it inevitably dissipates. Enhancements and Fury will only boost the effectiveness of the initial attacks, not the jumping charge.

based on that, I would say that no it wouldnt work on any but the main target

Really, it depends on what proc is in there.
I know on my Elec Control Dom, I have two procs slotted in Jolting Chain; Explosive Strike: Chance for Smashing, and Force Feedback: Chance for +Recharge.
For Explosive, the proc damage has a chance to hit EVERY enemy that is hit in the chain.
But for the +Rech, it only procs on the first target. It may proc on the jumps, but as I am not the caster of -those- attacks, I would not see the benefit, even if it did. Or it may just allow one proc chance per cast of the power.
I know the "not the caster" bit is true for some powers and procs, as it is the reason slotting Call of the Sandman: Chance for Self Heal heals the pseudopet created by Static Field instead of me... a fact I do not like, but have not bugged because as far as I can tell, it is WAI.
To right the countless wrongs of our day, we shine the light of true redemption, that this place may become as paradise. What a wonderful world such would be....
I'm sorry what was that, I couldn't hear you over my TRAGIC PAST!!
I did a test last night. I put chance to knockdown (from Kinetic set) in Chained Induction and BOTH the main target and the "jump" target(s) have a chance to get knocked down. :P
I am happy now. I am going to plan my new Elec/Will Stalker build.
I believe the damage procs should work the same way just like Jolting.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
The general rule for procs in chaining powers:
1. If the proc affects the target, then it will work as expected.
2. If the proc affects the caster, it will work on the first hit, but after that YOU are no longer the 'caster', hence the proc will either not work at all, or will affect the mob that the power is chaining from.
Sorry to bring up this question again but can somebody confirm that procs work on the "jump" target as well or just the main target?
