Im thinking about respec my ma/wp scrapper into weapon mastery for concepts as a night vigilante (Batman, Robyn, etc...).
But the powers look pretty crappy, I dont know if worths the respec to try it.
Any advice about this ancillary power pool?
I'd be interested in caltrops, shuriken and exploding shuriken.
Also thinking if it would be better to level him again as ma/nin stalker, so I'd have hide, caltrops as secondary and physical perfection in the APP.
Any thoughs?

The attacks are pretty useless in my experience. The damage is too low to even bother with. But caltrops is pretty decent. It causes the mobs to scatter, and while they're running to try to get off of them, they're shooting you a lot less than usual. So it does help with survivability. But it does cause scatter, which can be annoying, especially on teams.

According to CoD, Shuriken has a very fast recharge time, which explains its low damage. It's like half the time of the other single target blasts. Since you're unlikely to be spending lots of time throwing Shuriken, though, the low damage is a drawback. Exploding Shuriken seems to have fairly good damage, but a horrible radius, at only 10 feet.

I was actually considering it for my own Bat-concept, but honestly I will probably just pick up Caltrops for consistency with Ninjitsu. Or perhaps, take him over to the villain side temporarily. I will say that I have created a Stalker version and that is in many ways more consistent.

I use Shuriken on my main, 4 slotted with Thunderstrikes (can't remember which, but I focused on Damage). It does decent enough damage, I have it bound to an extra mouse key to throw at runners so I don't have to give chase. Usually takes care of business. It does recharge fast, and if for some reason you need to spam it like crazy(Apex TF for instance) it seems to actually do noticeable, meaningful damage.

However, if we ever got a Shuriken temp power on the market I'd drop it for Body Mastery, even if it did less damage.

Thanks guys.
I think I will roll a MA/Nin or Claws/Nin to have the night vigilante effect.
Also I will take a look of the Weapon mastery by myself with a MA/WP scrapper.
